As long as you do that first you can copy & paste just fine. You need to change pltype to 6 for any player you wanna change though. Then, I'm copying & pasting the information into the re-editor. I'm copying player information into Excel first. The free version only allows one file open at a time. I'm not copying & pasting directly from another roster. I believe Hokup is saying there is NO way to go from one roster to another with ANY types. Please tell us what you WERE able to do and then we can figure it out based on that. I assume you took #6 type players from another roster and pasted them over #6 types in this roster? Or was it different? Please be specific. " I've done this(copying & pasting) with quite a few other players & this didn't happen."pasted them like the rest" can you tell us what you did exactly to get what you did to work? But if you have a player with a real face then you dont have any issue." Hokup said "As far as i know you can not paste caps from one file to another because the face wont translate over. I could be doing something wrong but I don't see what because I did the Rafer Alston one just like the rest. I haven't tried it with any other veterans but I want to get this one figured out first. It's like over-writing veteran players with the unique portrait ID's cause heads/faces to go missing. I've done this(copying & pasting) with quite a few other players & this didn't happen. Only the player portrait/face gave me problems on this over-writing of Rafer Alston. All fields/cells were there for copying & pasting. It came straight from a CAP(pltype 6) on another roster. The player I used for copying & pasting was a generic face. Everything else turned out fine with over-writing. I only have a problem with the missing head/face in doing this. The specific problem I have is with Rafer Alston. I know how to copy & paste over players from the re-editor. So created cyber no going to paste over and signture move and thing like that wont paste over. Yes just put the right pic & cyber face ids, when you paster player from one roster to another you will lose info based on what has or hasnt be decoded. Does this cause missing heads on players? Thanks! Is this the problem? Do I need to over-write players only with a generic face? Alston has a unique face & I tried to over-write him with a CAP. I used a CAP from another roster & this was a generic player face which can be changed. I know Alston has a set portrait ID of 619. What type of portraits/faces are we allowed to over-write? Once I did there was no head/face showing up from the game. I then imported a player from another roster(copy & paste from excel) overtop of Alston on the roster. I turned him into a fully editable CAP by changing his pltype to 6 from pltype 4. I'm using a roster that has Rafer Alston on an NBA roster. I do have another question for ya though. I do think there's some type of glitch though from the re-editor in this area.
